The Metrology Room
At our premises we have a metrology room with 3D measuring equipment, which is used for the metrological inspection of parts.
The room allows us to carry out checks and measurements of parts at the various stages of the production process, avoiding any measurement uncertainties and quality problems in the finished product.
With the help of the measuring equipment, we are able to verify the compliance of products with technical specifications and product standards required by our Customers.
Equipment Maintenance
Our in-house workshop guarantees constant maintenance of equipment with traditional chip removal and wire erosion machines and allows us to optimise tooling intervention times and ensure uninterrupted production continuity, while maintaining high quality standards on the final product.
Surface Treatments
We are able to supply finished parts with any type of surface coating with the help of highly competent external suppliers. We carry out galvanic and cataphoresis treatments.
Delivery
Our tautliner is a guarantee of punctuality for all customers who need urgent deliveries, while for ordinary deliveries we entrust external couriers to serve the Piedmont and Lombardy regions.
